A REVIEW OF FINCEN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

The Final Rule clarifies the situations by which an entity FinCEN Identifier may be used. These improvements, which ended up specifically suggested by commenters, are: (one) to persistently make reference to the entity whose FinCEN Identifier the reporting organization could use as ​“A further entity” or ​“the other entity” as opposed t
